When it comes to using art to create a new world, Dalata knows exactly what to do. His work mixes abstraction and surrealism, always with a positive message. Dalata is the star with using different techniques of spray cans and is known for his interventions with broken/forgotten places and in nature itself. Even though graffiti might be illegal in some peoples eyes, Dalata maks sure that his work is a contribution to the place where he paints and people will end up liking what he did. Dalata especially paints for his surroundings. He wants to cheer people up and give them the unforgettable experience of floating away in thoughts and discoveries while observing his work.

Dalata started his career in 1997, in Belo Horizonte, and is now is becoming known all over the world. Besides the fact that Dalata is a great graffiti artist with a unique style, he also navigates in the music realm and is always interested in finding new ways to express himself artistically.

Dalata participated in the first edition of R.U.A. in Rotterdam. This year he is participating as a teacher in the educational part of the project of H-Spot Heesterveld.
